Highrise is an innovative Web 2.0 application that allows users to keep track of anything in their business, including leads, contacts, and deals. With Highrise, you can save notes about your contacts on anything from phone conversations to emails. You can review this information before calling them or before scheduling appointments with them.
Highrise is a useful application in the workspace because it is used to keep people organized and it provides an easy way to remember important information needed for clients. This is easily implemented in business, specifically my future business of being a software developer, because clients are the main source of revenue for the business. A client management solution is definitely helpful to stay on top of the competition by providing a truly personal experience. Also, with larger offices, there may be far too many clients to recall any information but with a personalized website like Highrise, it is easy for anyone in the office to pull up information and quickly figure out what the status of ongoing projects, contacts, etc. is and get that information to the client quickly, accurately, and effectively.

I really like what this technology does. I could actually use this myself for my fishing charter business. I would like to know how much of a task it really is to put a client in the system. This is a really good one though!
ReplyDeleteGreat find. This tool seems to be a simple solution to put all the information on a client/ business deal into one place. This seems like a great way for people in the large business field to stop creating massive paper trails for countless business transactions.
